PERSONAL GROUP TRAINING
At Personal Group Training, you exercise at a low price under the professional guidance of a diplomatised Personal Trainer. Sporting in a group often works extra motivating. You carry out all the exercises at your own level. Thanks to the personal guidance, you can train effectively and safely. It is not boring fitness… There are different trainings. All of them are dynamical challenging lessons, that make you fit and strong for everything that life will ever throw at you!
INDOOR & OUTDOOR
HealthCoachPlus offers diverse Personal Group Trainings, both indoor and outdoor.
Would you like to get in shape on short term? Join our Boxing training! This training is a combination of boxing, circuit, and core training. You get your entire body to work: your strength, condition, agility, balance, and coordination are strongly challenged. Thanks to the intensive training method, you quickly feel fitter and mentally stronger.
Do you like variety and do you want to work on your condition? Then WOW is really something for you! WOW stands for “workout of the week”: a weekly changing intensive fitness workout with a focus on improving your condition. Small training materials, like sand bags, kettle bells, battle ropes, dumbbells, and many more items are used.
Put your muscles to the test during Muscle Mania! Muscle Mania is an effective workout formula for obtaining muscle mass and reducing fatt mass (in combination with nutricion advice). All the exercises contribute to shaping your body.
Do you have a combative attitude? Take the challenge with yourself during the HCP Challenge! Each week a different intensive interval workout that is based on cross-fit, which causes you to train both strength and condition. First, we pay attention to the technique, then we get to work to the max! On number of repeats or on time. You train shortly, but very powerfully!
Are you done with the sweating sessions in TL lights? Then the boot camp is something for you! At the boot camp, you work on your condition, strength, and fitness. We make use of the obstacles that these surroundings offer, which makes each training fun, varying, and unique. We motivate you to get the most out of yourself and to just go the extra mile.
